Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. The following general policy applies to taxi bookings made with Negiji Tours & Travels.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Cancellation charges, if any, depend on the time of cancellation and the booking type.
2. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show
For same-day cancellations or passenger no-shows, a cancellation or minimum service charge may apply because the vehicle and driver may already have been allocated for the trip.
3. Advance / Special Bookings
For long-distance, multi-day, peak-season or specially arranged bookings, specific cancellation terms may be communicated at the time of confirmation.
4. Cancellation by Negiji Tours & Travels
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to operational, safety or unavoidable circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or discuss an appropriate refund for amounts actually received.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the amount and processing method will be communicated to the customer. Bank/payment-provider processing times may apply.
6. Changes to Booking
Changes to pickup time, route, destination or vehicle category are subject to availability and may affect the fare.
